This program is a combined effort between the Office of Youth Services and the Camden City Board of Education to seriously address the problems of truancy, delinquency and school dropout. The program seeks to directly target students in the above-mentioned category for referral to the Office of Youth Services. The students referred are mandated to come to the centers with home and other related problems that OYS staff helps them resolve. The program also provides, to all students, recreation, cultural enrichment, and youth development skills. Current enrollment is approximately three hundred students from eight adopted schools, Lanning Square, Sumner, Molina, Pyne Poynt, Broadway, Wiggins, Alternative, and Morgan Village.
