It is the contractor's responsibility to call for all inspections. They are usually done within 24 hours of being scheduled. After all required inspections are completed and approved a certificate of occupancy/approval is issued and the building may be used.

Required Inspections:

  • footing
  • foundation
  • structural framing
  • rough electric
  • rough plumbing
  • insulation
  • final inspection on all completed work
