Designed to assist Moderate and Low Income City Residents with funding for a one-month security deposit. This program is to prevent homelessness and displacement from homes. This program is a one-time allotment. Funds are limited.

Requirements

  • Camden City Residents ONLY.
  • Moderate and Low Income City Residents.
  • Must show evidence of hardship.
  • Must show source of income.
  • Must show proof of maintaining rent.
  • Resident hasn't received any rental assistance from another agency within the past 30 days.

Program is on a first come, first serve basis, limited funds are available.

This program goes by appointment only. To schedule an appointment you can contact us at (856) 757-7339. Appointments are as follows: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00am - 3:30 pm.
