- Any senior citizen that lives in the city and are in need of a smoke detector can contact Fire Administration and sign up for a FREE smoke detector. The Fire Marshals Office and Fire Companies will go and install the smoke detectors in the home.
- Any residents that live in the city and are in need of smoke detectors can contact Fire Administration and sign up for a FREE smoke detector. The same aforementioned will deliver the smoke detectors to them.
Note: Smoke detectors are given to those residents that reside in one and two single family dwelling units. Homeowners/Landlords/Managers are responsible for the installation of smoke detectors in any multi-family dwelling, dormitories, or rooming and boarding
