Any establishment in which coin-operated facilities are available for washing clothes, for drying clothes, or for dry-cleaning clothes, and which is open and available to the general public for use.

Fees: Self Service Laundry License = $172.50 per year/$27.60 per machine

Information Required with the Self Service Laundry License:

1. Two passport size [2x2] photographs of the applicant.
2. Copy of valid driver's license, or other proof of identification.
3. Copy of applicant's social security card.
4. State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority
5. You must have zoning approval.
6. Proof of ownership or leasing (copy of deed/lease).
