Prior to excavating, dividing, and in general developing any parcel of land, an application for either site plan or subdivision must be submitted to the Camden City Planning Board. Applications for both site plans and subdivisions may be obtained at the Division, City hall, Room 409 from Angela Miller, Planning Board Secretary.
