The façade program will cover the following types of improvements:
• Windows
• Entranceways/ADA
• Building caps/cornices
• Awnings/overhangs
• Security
• Signs
• Storefronts/walls
• Lighting.
There will be some case-to-case based on requested scopes of work provided by the applicant owner.
