RFP Notice (NOFA) 2024-2025

On Monday, December 9, 2024, the City of Camden, Department of Planning and
Development and the Department of Finance, Bureau of Grants Management
will release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 2025-2026 Program Year for two
entitlement grants funded by the US Department of Housing and Urban
Development.
The RFP will be based on the goals, priorities and the targeted areas specified
identified through the Needs Assessment for 2024 as the City develops its 5 Year
and Annual Action Plan. The level of funding targeted for each eligible activity
will be specified in the RFP.
The RFP will be made available online at the City’s website at
www.ci.camden.nj.us beginning December 9, 2024.
