BOARD OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL

As provided in §5-81 of the City of Camden Code Book, there is established a Municipal Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control in and for the City of Camden. Said Board shall be constituted, appointed and empowered as provided by law.

The Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control shall constitute the authority for the issuance of licenses under this Chapter 129 of the City Code and in accordance with Title 33 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated (N.J.S.A. 33:1-1 et seq.) and all regulations made pursuant to same.

The Municipal Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control shall follow the provisions of State Law and Chapter 129, and shall accordingly exercise its powers in regard to:

  1. License Renewals
  2. Change of Corporate Structure
  3. License Transfer
    Person-to-Person
    Place-to-Place
  4. Investigations
  5. License Suspension and/or Revocation
