...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EDT
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation to heavy snow. Additional snow
accumulations of 8 to 12 inches, and ice accumulations of a
  light glaze are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southern New Jersey, southeast
Pennsylvania, northeast Maryland and northern Delaware.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Thursday. A wintry mix early this morning
will change to snow through the morning hours from west to east.
The snow then becomes heavy at times especially from about
midday through early this evening when snowfall rates of 1 to 3
inches per hour are expected. The snow will taper off late this
  evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel will be very difficult to
impossible, especially during this evenings commute. Be prepared
for significant reductions in visibility at times. Once snowfall
rates reach or exceed one inch per hour, it becomes difficult
for road crews to keep up due to rapid accumulations. The weight
of the snow on trees and power lines can lead to power outages.
Unnecessary travel is not recommended especially this afternoon
  and evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow, sleet
and ice will make travel very hazardous or impossible. The latest
road conditions for the state you are calling from can be
obtained by calling 5 1 1.
